  • Experience in a similar role as P&C Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
  • A comprehensive understanding of the National Employment Standards, ability to interpret modern awards and enterprise agreements
  • Experience coaching leaders and driving outcomes across talent, engagement, and ER
  • Confidence managing complex people challenges with empathy and fairness
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environmen
