People Culture Coordinator Canopy by Hilton London City
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Culture Coordinator to join our EPIC team at Canopy London City.
Reporting to the People and Culture Assistant Manager, the People Culture Coordinator will play a key role providing support to the people operations of the hotel and the day to day running of our vibrant People and Culture department focusing on the entire employee experience from onboarding, induction, engagement, recruitment retention, training development, and well-being.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated HR enthusiast who truly enjoys working with people. You’ll be a fast learner, adaptable, and passionate about fostering a fun, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but a positive attitude and a love for creating great employee experiences are what matter most!

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • To champion the company culture, ensuring that all brand elements are pulled through into the employee lifecycle.
  • To be the first point of contact to all colleagues within the hotel, assisting with enquiries or arranging for a member of the People and Culture team to assist where applicable.
  • To ensure all administrative duties are kept up to date and legally compliant.
  • Support all recruitment and selection activities.
  • Drive our training and development culture for all employees.
  • Work closely with management team to embed our Canopy culture playbook.
  • Coordinate engagement and well-being activities.
  • Assist building positive relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Support managing our HR/Payroll systems.
  • Being responsive and proactive communicating effectively.
  • Collaborate and be able to work effectively as a part of a team or independently.
