We have an exciting opportunity open up for a People and Culture Coordinator to join our HQ team! We are seeking an exceptional and brand-aligned team-member to embrace our by charlotte vision and culture to deliver meaningful employee experiences.

Responsibilities

This role will report to the People and Culture Manager Boutique and work closely with other key internal by charlotte stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Assist with recruitment, including job ads, candidate management, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Support onboarding, including inductions, documentation, and orientation programs.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Assist in resolving workplace concerns in line with policies and legislation.
  • Support engagement, recognition, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Assist with payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and injury claim management.
  • Promote safety awareness and support WHS programs.
  • Support training programs, maintain training records, and assist with learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to P&C projects, culture improvement, retention strategies, and HR metric analysis.
