About the Role

Are you passionate about creating a great experience for people at work? We're looking for a dynamic People and Culture Coordinator to support our team of 300 employees across SA and QLD through the full employee lifecycle, delivering a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike. You'll be based at Lonsdale or Cumberland Park and report to the P&C Business Partner.

As the first point of contact for day-to-day P&C queries, you'll step into a varied, fast-paced and hands-on role. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the employee journey, an ideal next step for building your career in People and Culture.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from job ads and screening to interviews
• Complete reference and pre-employment checks
• Prepare and issue employment contracts
• Coordinate onboarding and deliver engaging new starter inductions
• Manage the P&C inbox as first point of contact
• Process contract changes, promotions and parental leave
• Track compliance, training, work eligibility and probation reviews
• Coordinate offboarding and conduct exit interviews
• Prepare P&C reports and insights
• Build learning courses in our Learning Management System, Go1
• Support Return to Work coordination, P&C projects and communications

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (desirable)
• Proven experience in an HR administration, coordination or support role
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity
• Experience with Employment Hero and Go1 will be highly regarded
