Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our P&C Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making GPAP a great place to work. You’ll provide essential support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, performance, and P&C systems.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that keeps the heart of our organisation beating. You’ll work closely with the Head of P&C and be a trusted go-to for staff and volunteers.
This isn’t your typical P&C Coordination job. It’s an opportunity to contribute to real impact, in an organisation that puts its people and purpose at the centre of everything we do.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage day-to-day P&C administration/coordination and maintain up-to-date records and systems.
  • Prepare people metrics and reporting for the leadership team.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process: from job ads and interviews to onboarding new team members.
  • Assist with organisational learning and development initiatives, helping our people grow and thrive.
  • Coordinate and support the performance management process.
  • Be a go-to contact for staff, providing advice and guidance in line with best practice and Greenpeace policies.
  • Support broader departmental operations and compliance efforts.
