We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR solutions and administration. You'll be the key person managing employee lifecycle processes and supporting our Head of People & Culture. Your day will see you: Manage the onboarding/offboarding processes end to end for employees and contingent workers Coordinate monthly corporate inductions Manage new starter background checks Manage probationary review process Oversee the effective management of the People Advisory mailbox, including triaging all inbound enquiries Maintain HR documentation and employee records Provide administrative support to Head of People & Culture Coordinate learning events and manage LMS Coordinate P&C team activities and meetings About you: Prior experience in a HR administration or coordination role Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) Understanding of HR policies and basic employment legislation Prior senior manager diary management (desirable) Excellent time management, prioritisation and communication skills High attention to detail If you're passionate about HR operations and creating excellent employee experiences, we want to hear from you!
