We’re seeking a proactive part-time HR Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to support smooth and efficient people operations, delivering key support across onboarding, training, compliance, and daily HR activities, all while contributing to a positive and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you’ll provide vital administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, induction, and offboarding. You’ll manage employment documentation, maintain accurate HR and compliance records, coordinate training and development activities, and ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience. With a strong focus on compliance, you’ll help uphold workplace policies, support HR projects, and respond to queries with confidentiality and care.
