Job Description As our P&C Executive, you will lead the end-to-end journey of every team member. From the moment a candidate sees our job ad to the day they celebrate their fifth anniversary, you are there to guide, support, and inspire them. You will balance the "heart" of human relations with the "science" of People and Culture metrics and compliance. Your Key Impact Areas: Talent Acquisition & Brand Ambassadorship You are the face of our hotel to the outside world. You won't just post jobs; you’ll tell our story. Lead the hunt for top talent, crafting engaging job postings and managing the full recruitment cycle from CV filtering to final interviews. Build and nurture deep relationships with local Hotel schools and training institutions to create a pipeline of future hospitality stars. Conduct meaningful exit interviews and analyse feedback to ensure we are constantly evolving and retaining our best people. Culture, Engagement & Reward You are the guardian of our internal DNA, ensuring our ambassadors feel the same world-class hospitality we provide our guests Manage our "Merci" rewards and bespoke ambassador benefits, ensuring every win, big or small is celebrated. Coordinate and drive high-impact Ambassador events, wellness initiatives, and People and Culture projects that turn a workplace into a community. Learning & Organisational Capability We don’t just hire people; we grow them. Ensure every new starter feels at home by managing inductions, 4-week check-ins, and 5-month probationary reviews. Support hotel management trainee and development programs. Wellness, Safety & Industrial Relations You are the guardian of our team’s well-being and the expert on our standards. Lead the WHS/Wellness Committee, managing injury management processes and ensuring we are fully compliant with all fire, emergency, and legal safety standards. Provide clear, empathetic guidance on People and Culture policies, industrial relations changes, and VISA-related queries. Act as a trusted mediator and support the People and Culture Manager in handling industrial relations or grievance claims with fairness and integrity. The "Engine Room" (Administration & Metrics) You understand that great culture is built on a foundation of operational excellence. Prepare and analyze People and Culture metrics and reports to help guide our long-term people strategy. Oversee the administrative backbone of the department, including weekly payroll preparation, purchase orders, and the maintenance of meticulous digital files. Qualifications Who You Are A People Champion: You have a genuine "service heart" and thrive on helping others succeed. A Multi-Tasking Specialist: You can pivot from a strategic planning meeting to an emergency safety drill or a recruitment interview without losing your cool. Knowledgeable & Curious: You stay up-to-date with industrial relations and industry best practices by attending workshops and staying connected to the People and Culture community. Detail-Oriented: You take pride in the accuracy of your work, whether it’s a contract of employment or a complex VISA application. An Experienced Generalist: You have a solid foundation with two + years of experience across the full People and Culture (HR) lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
