REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Handle the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, feedback collection, and the organization of team-building activities.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process by helping to track progress and assisting managers and employees in goal setting.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions to enhance staff competencies and professional development.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
  • Culture Promotion: Help implement culture initiatives that align with NNC’s values, mission, and objectives.
