THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Executive Leader People and Communications, you will lead a small team and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations and WHS. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and compliance practices.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning aligned with strategic goals.
• Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and psychological health.
• Provide expert advice on industrial relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of P&C Coordinators and WHS Officer.
