The Opportunity We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a suitably experienced People & Culture Manager to join our Mineral Technologies business located in Pretoria, South Africa. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting our strategy to protect current offerings and grow into adjacent markets, while uplifting leadership capability across international regions. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources or a related discipline (preferred). Significant experience as a P&C/HR leader within Engineering / Projects EPC/EPCM service provider organisations or process equipment supply organisations in the minerals sector. Ability to grow leadership behaviours and influence key stakeholders. Skilled in managing complex environments and addressing situations quickly and directly.
