The Opportunity We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a suitably experienced People & Culture Manager to join our Mineral Technologies business located in Pretoria, South Africa. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting our strategy to protect current offerings and grow into adjacent markets, while uplifting leadership capability across international regions. What We’re Looking For * Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources or a related discipline (preferred). * Significant experience as a P&C/HR leader within Engineering / Projects EPC/EPCM service provider organisations or process equipment supply organisations in the minerals sector. * Ability to grow leadership behaviours and influence key stakeholders. * Skilled in managing complex environments and addressing situations quickly and directly. * Resilient under pressure with strong critical thinking and ambition. * Passionate about driving performance, engagement, and growth.
