This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing security company as a People and Culture Manager, reporting to the Director of People and Culture. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with other leaders to drive business objectives and uphold company values. You’ll support management and operations teams from a people perspective, delivering best-practice policies and initiatives with a pragmatic, commercial approach. Your leadership will foster innovation and help build a high-performance culture.
You’ll lead a team including a People and Culture Generalist, ER Assistant, People Assistant, and Recruitment Assistant. With overall responsibility for the department, you’ll coach, mentor, and develop the team to ensure a consistently excellent People service is delivered across the business.
