Responsibilities

As the People & Culture Officer, you will play a key role in supporting a positive and inclusive staff experience across Gateway Health. This dynamic position focuses on promoting employee wellbeing, engagement, and recognition through coordination of a range of organisational programs and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include leading Gateway Health’s employee wellbeing initiatives, administering the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), coordinating staff engagement and culture surveys, and managing our reward and recognition program. You’ll also play a critical role in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
In addition, you will coordinate our student placement program and clinical supervision framework, working closely with internal stakeholders and external education providers to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality experience for all participants.
Based in Wodonga or Wangaratta with occasional travel to other sites, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, engaged and values-driven workplace that is committed to continuous improvement and community impact.
