THE OPPORTUNITY

The People and Culture Team at Sealink - K’gari are seeking a P&C Generalist to join the team, this role plays an integral part in supporting the operations. P&C Manager with Human Resource related matters and leading the recruitment & onboarding activities.
The People & Culture Officer will support SeaLink K’gari operations including Kingfisher Bay Resort, K’gari Beach Resort, K’gari Explorer Tours, marine operations and support services, and will be part of a team that values integrity and teamwork
This is a permanent full-time salaried role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
