What you’ll be responsible for: Leading day‑to‑day P&C Operations, including triaging work, allocating tasks and balancing team workload. Managing service delivery channels to ensure timely, accurate and consistent responses across inboxes, requests and tickets. Acting as the escalation point for complex, sensitive or high‑risk people matters. Overseeing Workday processes and data governance to ensure high‑quality transactions and strong system adoption. Driving process and system improvements, including testing, workflow optimisation and identifying systemic issues. Maintaining documentation standards across contracts, letters and lifecycle documents. Strengthening people compliance frameworks, including screening, right‑to‑work checks, registrations and audit readiness. Leveraging technology and AI to streamline workflows and support continuous improvement. A bit about you: 5+ years’ experience in HR Operations or a similar role, as a subject matter expert or people leader. Proven leadership capability in a high‑volume environment. Strong HRIS capability, ideally with Workday. High attention to detail and a methodical, process‑oriented mindset. Curiosity for emerging tech, including interest or experience with AI‑enabled tools. Experience in regulated environments where compliance and risk management are critical. Exceptional organisation and prioritisation — hands‑on, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, high confidentiality and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
