Responsibilities

People & HR Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment laws and provide guidance on employment relations (ER) matters.
  • Support managers with performance management, employee engagement, and development strategies.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and onboarding to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Use people data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
