This one-year fixed-term role gives you the chance to develop your skills and make an impact in a fast-paced team environment. Job Description Your influential mission. You will... Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability. Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, providing regular reporting. Prepare multiple reports and conduct initial analysis to provide clear insights for management. Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing data and feedback and proposing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning. Execute and participate in the organization and execution of all company events (events, team building, etc.). Participate in projects related to training and courses, employee performance, occupational health and safety management, etc., initiated in the department. Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimize work processes, as well as in the development of departmental policies. Qualifications Components for success. You... Hold a degree in HR or a related field. Have 5+ years of relevant work experience. Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken). Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel). Are familiar with project management tools and HR systems (a plus). Excel in communication skills and building strong relationships.
