We are currently looking for a People and Culture Specialist (6 Month Contract) to coordinate and assist with HR related activities and programs for our Mississauga, New York, and Los Angeles sites. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, retention, employee relations, training, and other employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and can manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
Reporting directly to the Director, People and Culture North America, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the team within IBG and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate many People and Culture programs, including Wellness Program, Recognition Program and Learning Program
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and managing all onboarding activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs through LMS
  • Support the administration of employee compensation and benefit programs
  • Assist with any HR-related projects or programs as requested by management
