What you’ll do
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Viasat Government People & Culture (P&C) team as a People and Culture Strategy Partner. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: meaningful collaboration in our Duluth office and the flexibility of remote work.
The People Strategy Partner is a business-embedded and aligned People and Culture (P&C) leader responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives and delivering agile, customer-centric solutions across a designated business or functional area of Viasat Government (VGOV). Reporting to the Senior Director, People Strategy Partner, this role acts as a strategic advisor, problem solver, and change agent, supporting workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
The People Strategy Partner addresses evolving business needs, defines talent problems, hypothesize and test solutions, and deliver outcomes that support both immediate priorities and long-term organizational goals. They work closely with business and functional leaders, employees, managers, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure people strategies are data informed, scalable, and aligned to VGOV’s mission and future readiness.

SALARY RANGE

$125,500.00 - $201,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $156,500.00- $234,500.00/ annually

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
