Job Description In this role, you’ll be our go-to expert for all things People and Culture systems, including SmartRecruiters, WorkPro, Xref, our Learning Management System, and Managing for Excellence. You’ll be working with a wide range of people across the business to keep our systems running smoothly, making sure they’re set up to meet our needs, and providing the data and tools that help our teams succeed. Here’s what we’re looking for: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Experience with HR systems (LMS, e-recruitment, credentialing, performance management) A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a passion for using technology to make a difference An understanding of project management concepts Knowledge of training methodologies and effective training techniques Great Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Clear communication skills, with the ability to create easy-to-follow instructions and tip sheets A collaborative, team-focused approach Additional Information You are welcome here.
