About the role The P&C Systems and Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our People and Culture systems and workforce reporting solutions are reliable, insightful and continuously improving. You will be responsible for the administration, optimisation and enhancement of P&C systems and digitised processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance and a seamless user experience. Through high-quality reporting and analytics, you will enable evidence-based decision making for people leaders across the organisation. This is an opportunity for a systems-savvy HR professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, data and technology. You’ll contribute to meaningful workforce insights, support strategic initiatives and help shape smarter, more efficient P&C processes in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: Administering, maintaining and enhancing P&C systems and workforce reporting platforms to ensure integrity, security, usability and compliance. Delivering accurate, timely and insightful workforce reports, dashboards and analytics to support executive decision-making, statutory reporting and workforce planning. Collating, analysing and interpreting workforce and system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitoring data quality, resolving discrepancies and maintaining clear data governance, definitions and documentation. Identifying, designing and implementing system and process improvements, including automation and streamlining initiatives. Providing expert advice and responsive support to stakeholders on P&C systems, reporting capabilities and data insights. Contributing to system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing and data migration activities, including user acceptance testing. Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align system solutions with operational and strategic priorities. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience delivering accurate and timely workforce reporting and analytics across multiple HR systems, while managing data integrity and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to translate technical system and data information into clear, practical guidance that supports stakeholder understanding and adoption. Proven experience balancing operational system administration and issue resolution with system enhancements, automation initiatives and project delivery within tight timeframes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, interpret and present complex data to inform evidence-based decision making. A collaborative approach, building effective relationships and sharing information to improve systems and service delivery outcomes. A commitment to customer-focused service delivery and continuous improvement, using data and feedback to enhance processes and user experience. Confidence using technology to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and organisational requirements. Essential Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience working with, a range of human resources systems and platforms to support organisational processes and practices. Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills to resolve system and process issues and queries.
