MedHealth is looking for a People & Culture Systems Specialist to join our Shared Services team in a pivotal role that keeps our people systems running at their best. You will own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of our core P&C platforms — including our Learning Management System (LMS), intranet, e-recruitment platform, and performance management tools. Working closely with the Executive General Manager - People & Culture, you will be the go-to expert who bridges the gap between technology and our people strategy, ensuring every system delivers real value to the business. WHAT YOU’LL DO Learning Management System Configure, maintain, and administer the LMS to ensure reliable and effective delivery of learning programmes. Optimise system functionality and drive integration with key business initiatives. Manage learning audiences to support automatic delivery of training content. Lead system training for the L&OD team, including the production of user guides and resources. Serve as the primary liaison with the LMS vendor for optimisation, updates, and issue resolution. Provide LMS support to business divisions as required. Intranet Continuously review intranet structure and coordinate design improvements aligned with user-centric principles. Act as the key contact for each business unit to support project delivery and optimise core intranet functionality. Optimise e-form functionality and drive integration with key business-insight initiatives. Support content updates and new intranet builds across MedHealth and its businesses. Manage privacy and confidentiality settings for internal and client-related information. Lead intranet training and drive adoption across the organisation, including production of handover resources. Manage user accounts, integration and mapping, and permission levels for MedHealth corporate functions. Liaise with intranet vendors to resolve technical issues in collaboration with the ITC Manager. HR Systems Administer and maintain additional HR platforms such as e-Recruitment and performance management tools. Produce user guides, training materials, and resources for system users. Serve as the primary point of contact with system vendors. Conduct regular market-scanning to ensure systems remain best-of-breed and aligned with MedHealth’s growth strategy. Projects & Continuous Improvement Contribute to project planning, tracking, and delivery against agreed timeframes. Support current-state and future-state documentation for project review and analysis. Facilitate and document business requirements from key stakeholders. Plan and deliver UAT and training to applicable stakeholders, and handover to BAU. Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and service excellence. Qualifications ABOUT YOU You will bring a blend of technical know-how and people skills, with the ability to translate complex system requirements into practical solutions. Specifically, we’re looking for: Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor of Business Administration or related discipline (preferred), or demonstrated experience administering HR systems including LMS, e-Recruitment platform, and performance management tool. Strong working knowledge of the Claromentis intranet platform (highly desirable). Solid understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. Skills & Personal Attributes Strong systems thinking with the ability to quickly learn and master new platforms. Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders. Collaborative working style with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Effective time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
