Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data. Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance. Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in tracking performance review cycles and preparing related reports. Support communication and follow-up for goal-setting and appraisal processes. Help analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. Support OD projects such as career pathing. Help with salary benchmarking and data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Detail-oriented and organized. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
