We are looking for a People and Development Managerto join our Human Resources team @ Broadwick Soho.

Responsibilities
  • Advise, guide and coach operational managers and heads of departments to use the people toolkits and processes to ensure a positive colleague experience.
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition process, assisting the People and Development Executive with the proactive recruitment of colleagues and to support with recruitment of Management and Leadership roles.
  • Assist, guide and coach operational managers and heads of department with the performance management process ensuring that performance development reviews are conducted regularly, and departments are demonstrating continuous improvement and development.
  • Assist, guide and coach operational managers and heads of department with any colleague relations matters, sickness and absence monitoring, repetitive absence triggers management and reliability concerns.
  • Foster a positive, approachable image for the department amongst the team through personal behaviour and prompt response to colleague requirements.
  • Be familiar with LQA service standards and ensure these are alive and adhered to within the business at all times through training initiatives.
  • Assist the People and Development Executive to deliver new starter before induction sessions when required and organise and deliver monthly company induction days.
  • Manage apprenticeships and the learning and development calendar and activities.
