We are looking for a People and Development Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in the Human Resources department in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).
As our People and Development Manager, you will support our Company and Department Leaders in all HR-related processes and issues, and ensure a coherent and modern HR strategy for all permanent employees at GOPA’s head office and all other GOPA-affiliated employees abroad. You will manage the processing of employee data, monitor time tracking and absence, learning and development activity, and assist in the hiring process.
