Role: People and HR Generalist
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

- GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE -

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation within the HR system (HiBob) to ensure legal compliance and data integrity.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, including policy updates.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous business partnering experience.
  • Comfortable collaborating with managers to drive positive change and continuous improvement.
  • Experience of working in a standalone role within a global matrix would be beneficial.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Solid knowledge of market employment law.
  • Strong commercial knowledge.
  • Understand Data Protection and how this applies to their activities.
  • Understand Equal Opportunities and Ethics practices and how this applies to their activities.
  • Technical skills required to use common applications including MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Word & Excel.

As the standalone HR Generalist in the Australia, you will operate as a trusted partner to the local leadership team and collaborate with our global People team. Your focus will be on delivering a proactive and seamless HR service that ensures an exceptional employee experience.
