As our People Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our People & Culture Operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring our team members feel valued from day one. This is pivotal role that blends HR coordination with general office administration, offering variety, visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities

As People and Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation with precision and care.
  • Support recruitment activities, liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Organise training, employee events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Take ownership for People reporting and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis to support management decisions
  • Provide first line support for team members and managers on HR enquiries
  • Manage inboxes and first line enquiries
  • Provide general office administration as required, including scheduling meetings, expenses claims, supporting teams with responding to customer requests and enquiries, supporting with charity/voucher requests.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, embodying our values of Customer First, Respect, Ownership, New Ideas, Honesty & Transparency, and Delivering with Passion and Purpose..
