How you will contribute You will: Develop frameworks and programs in support of prioritizing and building core capabilities to drive the Vision 2030 and beyond for MSC across AMEA; ensuring that our people and organization are future-fit. Use a cohort-based approach for this. Lead the Organization Pillar under the Integrated Lean Sigma umbrella for AMEA, anchoring the regional Organization Pillar masterplan and coaching / qualifying the Organization Pillar network across the region Support and partner key People worktracks for MSC for the region (Talent Management, People Analytics, Engagement & Communication) Lead the work on the SMETA / Human Rights agenda across AMEA and build capability / develop AMEA as a house of best practice. Lead the deployment of High Performance Work System (HPWS) principles and Skill and Contribution Based Pay & Progression systems across AMEA sites.
