Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 30 years! We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to work in our People Department as a People and Payroll Assistant in Sandy, UT. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources team and helps to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work with numbers and data efficiently, assisting with employee records, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and general People tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1?2 years of administrative or HR support experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor?s degree preferred).
  • Payroll processing software experience (Paychex preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • Assist with payroll reports and audits as needed.
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including pre-employment screening results and new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with posting new and replacement job requisitions and other recruitment efforts as needed
  • Ensure new hires have access to systems, equipment, and resources.
  • Partner with People Team to deliver a positive new hire experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all employee data and reports.
  • Assist with People Dashboard and other duties as assigned.
