BMI TRAILERS REQUIRES A PEOPLE AND SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR.

This role is a good opportunity for someone wanting to build their knowledge base in an engineering environment. The role is primarily an admin role that will be supported by consultants, providing the right person with a safe space to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities:

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Good foundation of understanding of UK employment law and HSE regulations.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with all levels of staff
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
• Previous experience in an engineering environment desired
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or good HR admin experience desirable
• NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely is a bonus
