  • Support recruitment activity across the GCC and ANZ, as well as other regions as required, working closely with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to deliver against regional hiring plans
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned vacancies, using Teamtailor, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other relevant channels
  • Review and shortlist applications against agreed role requirements, conducting initial screening calls where required
  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers and interview panels, working confidently across multiple time zones
  • Support the collection and consolidation of interview feedback, ensuring candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process
  • Assist with offer letter preparation and new hire documentation, accounting for regional differences in employment terms
About you
  • 1-2 years' experience in a People or Talent role, ideally within the UAE or wider GCC
  • Working knowledge of UAE labour law and People practices (visas, labour cards, MOHRE processes)
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including regular collaboration with ANZ based teams
  • Exposure supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, CV screening and initial candidate conversations
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with People systems and ATS tools; experience with BambooHR and/or Teamtailor is a plus (training provided if needed)
  • Strong communication skills, confident speaking with employees, candidates, and hiring managers across different regions
  • A proactive attitude, happy to move between strategic engagement work and practical office admin
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus but not essential
