SmartCrowd is hiring a People and Talent Associate to be the operational backbone of our people function across SmartCrowd, HAVN, and Windsor. Based in Dubai, you’ll be the architect of our internal compliance and employee support systems, ensuring every team member has seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding. Your role is mission-critical to our story, you'll be responsible for the administrative excellence that allows our talent to drive our success. What You'll Do Master Government Relations: Manage all aspects of the employee visa cycle including new applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations across SmartCrowd, HAVN, and Windsor. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Process and track all documentation with relevant government entities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, and free zone authorities such as DMCC, TECOM, and DIFC. Lead with Precision: Maintain accurate physical and digital files for all government documents and initiate renewals in advance. Own the Lifecycle: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all new hires receive assigned assets prior to their start date and track the physical recovery of assets from separating employees. Support the Function: Assist the payroll function with accurate monthly reports on status changes and leave, and draft essential employment certificates or NOCs. Coordinate Benefits: Work with external vendors and insurance brokers for the smooth administration of employee healthcare policies, including additions and deletions. What We're Looking For Proven PRO Expertise: Hands-on experience handling the complete process for visa, Emirates ID and medical fitness tests. Unwavering Attention to Detail: A professional with a "zero-mistakes" mindset, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation and compliance tracking. Administrative Excellence: A proactive and organized individual who can manage complex employee inquiries and high-volume data with precision. A Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with tracking systems and a focus on maintaining error-free records for payroll and government relations. An Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport while coordinating with external vendors and internal teams. Dubai Based: Must be based in Dubai, this is an on-site role.
