Responsibilities

Below are just some of the exciting things you will be working on:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to embed our shared vision, values, and Trust dividends.
  • Maintain and monitor accurate employee records, including supporting file audits, scanning, and correct filing of electronic documents.
  • Provide support at meetings, including note-taking and transcribing minutes with accuracy.
  • Contribute to meetings with ideas for continual improvement.
  • Support Recruitment Partners, working with People Partners to ensure an excellent experience for candidates and new employees.
  • Assist with safer recruitment administration, such as reference requests, DBS applications, and overseas checks.
