Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the Group wide People Services team, this role supports Gamma by providing high quality and responsive first line support to line managers and employees. We are hoping to find someone who wants to be an integral part of evolving and upholding our vision, values and employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle.
As we are growing across Europe, it would be highly beneficial to find someone who has German, Spanish or Dutch language skills

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Provide end to end People Administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, aiding the delivery People Services to global Gamma employees.
  • Administer all People related documents including contracts of employment, amendment letters, termination letters, pension forms, flexible working requests and probation letters.
  • Work to problem solve any obstacles or delays to the onboarding of new starters, communicating with key internal customers to update them on any service delays as is necessary.
  • Management of the leaver process, detailing any outstanding or overtaken entitlements to be settled in the employees’ final pay, processing the necessary and notifying the relevant departments.
  • Maintain and updating individual employee records and the HR system (Dayforce) with all employment information, including absence, starters, leavers, promotions and salary changes.
  • Proactive management and administration/monitoring of probationary periods for all employees.
  • Liaise with our employment background checking partner to ensure that DBS, references and education checks are received in a timely manner.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Payroll departments and different bureaus to ensure employees are paid correctly, on time and helping them with any queries that may arise.
  • Administer the HR inbox, ensuing all queries are dealt with / escalated in an efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate and understand the Gamma brand and employee values acting as an ambassador and role model for the employee and brand values.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the HR system, resetting passwords and ensuring the HR database accurately reflects employee and firm wide information. Become a Dayforce super user.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience using HR Information Systems
  • Working synergistically with other team member
  • Proven ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in building relationships with all levels of senior management

  • Working towards / willing to work towards CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
