ROLE OVERVIEW

Our overarching aim across the People function is to create an environment where our people can do their best work.
As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enable business success, build leadership capability, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. You’ll play a critical role in aligning people priorities with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to your business areas.
This role is focused on building organisational effectiveness, enhancing the employee experience, and driving cultural and behavioural change, while working in partnership with the HR Operations team to ensure consistent and compliant delivery of people practices.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, developing and embedding people plans that align with the business strategy and organisational priorities.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to improve team effectiveness, lead change, and embed a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the HR Operations team to support the effective delivery of people processes and initiatives (e.g. performance, reward cycle, policy updates).
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that support culture, engagement, workforce planning, or organisational change.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, organisational design, and strategic workforce planning, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and internal standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in how we attract, retain, and develop talent, working with the business to identify future capability needs.
