You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization. In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy and execute with excellence. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the People team as People Business Partner supporting our Retail team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner Demonstrated success driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate the employee experience Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member, demonstrating best practices across multiple sites and functions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and influencing skills Highly collaborative style Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike
