Passionate about a company that lives its values and fosters a great culture, you’re committed to role modeling values-based leadership and working brilliantly together with cross-functional teams to make a meaningful impact.

Your key focus areas will include employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and the implementation of People and Organization (P&O) programs.
This role will primarily be based out of our Toronto Support Centre and require occasional travel as needed to support practices and leaders across the province. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partnering, you will work together with our Director, Operations, and Regional Managers, you will provide HR leadership and strategic support to your assigned region. As a collaborative member of the HR team, you will assess practice-level needs and proactively design and implement HR solutions aligned with Dentalcorp’s strategic priorities.
