Within the wider People & Culture function, the team brings together People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Workplace & Well-Being to build modern, fair and scalable people practices across the business. Your role as a People Business Partner As a People Business Partner for the Product & Tech organization, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate growth, change, and organizational evolution. You will report to the SVP People Experience and join a team of four People Business Partners supporting the organization. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business impact. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, and support high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment. At Shine, we are evolving People Business Partnering toward a more strategic, data-driven and business-focused model. In this context, you will help shape better ways of working and bring structure, clarity and impact to the teams you support. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with leaders across the Product & Tech organization on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health Support organizational change and transformation, including team design, scaling, and leadership transitions Drive key people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development Contribute to the rollout and application of frameworks related to career leveling, compensation, and pay equity Use KPIs and people data to identify trends, guide decisions, and improve performance over time Help leaders navigate ambiguity, solve people challenges, and build resilient, high-performing teams Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure consistent and effective execution of people practices 📍 Job located in Paris, with possibility of two remote working days per week ✈️ Regular travel (around once per month) may be required.
