ROLE OVERVIEW
Our People Business Partner (HRBP) dedicated to Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives that align with the fast-paced growth and scaling needs of our company. As a true thought partner to our CTO, Head of Product, Head of Engineering, you will work collaboratively to address the unique challenges of scaling a high-growth organization. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with proven experience supporting EPD teams in high-growth environments. Reporting directly to our Head of People Business Partners, you’ll help establish the HRBP foundation for our EPD teams, enabling us to scale effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborative Talent Management
Design and implement scalable talent management frameworks, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career pathing, aligned to the needs of technical and product teams in a high-growth company.
Employee Relations and Performance Management
Conduct thorough investigations as needed, ensuring consistent and compliant resolutions.
Culture and Employee Experience
Lead initiatives to strengthen morale, foster team cohesion, and celebrate achievements across EPD teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor trends and provide regular reports that highlight opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and address specific challenges within EPD teams.
Change Management Leadership
Partner with EPD leaders to communicate changes effectively and ensure alignment across teams during periods of growth and transition.
