QUALIFICATIONS
(THE ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MUNICH, GERMANY, BUT WILL SUPPORT TEAMS IN THE UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, SPAIN, AND ITALY)
We are looking for a highly capable and resourceful People Business Partner to support our EUAA (Europe & Canada) operations. This role will serve as a key on-the-ground People team presence, managing People programs and employee relations across the region with a focus on the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, as well as Canada.
This is a hands-on role combining People Team site leadership, local employment compliance, and employee lifecycle support. You’ll act as the first point of contact for employee matters, delivering consistent People practices across offices and remote teams. You’ll also liaise with global People centers of excellence in areas like Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Relations.
