To support our growth in Finland, we’re now looking for a People Business Partner who will play a key role in shaping our local employee experience, while being deeply connected to our central People team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work both hands-on and strategically, and who thrives in a high-paced, ever-evolving environment.
As People Business Partner Finland, you’ll have a broad and hands-on role — combining strategic partnership with everyday HR operations. You will be the first point of contact for all people-related matters in Finland, supporting both our Helsinki office and our sales hub in Turku, all in all around 90 employees. In the role you are expected to have a presence at both locations. You will have one direct report, Office Manager & HR Administrator, based in Turku.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong hiring pipelines and be responsible for the recruitment process (high volume) for our sales teams in Turku.

• Support and train managers in hiring processes, interviewing and onboarding

Several years of experience in a broad HRBP or HR Generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience working with Finnish labour law and HR best practices.
• Enjoys working independently and switching between strategic and hands-on tasks.
• Experience or exposure to matrix organizations is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset – you enjoy building relationships and working across teams and geographies.
