Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join our organization and play a crucial role in supporting our Group CTO organization. As an PBP, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Technology teams , working closely with leaders and teams to drive people-related initiatives and foster a high-performance culture. Your expertise in HR and understanding of the unique needs and challenges of Engineering teams will be instrumental in shaping our people strategies and ensuring the success of our organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Technology leaders to develop and implement People and Culture strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and productivity. Act as a trusted advisor to Technology Leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with Technology leaders to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals and effective succession planning. Proactively analyse HR metrics and trends. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of belonging and equal opportunities. Provide coaching and mentorship to the Technology Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, career development, and employee recognition. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Technology talent management, HR policies, and employment regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on supporting Engineering or Technical teams. Experience working with international teams. Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe. Fluency in English. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex HR concepts to technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven HR decision making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus. Additional Information What do we offer?
