Description
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Builders org (R&D Department). In this role, you’ll partner with Team Leads, Group Leads, and Directors to help them build healthy, high-performing teams in a fast-changing environment. You’ll own people topics end-to-end – from understanding the situation through planning, execution, and follow-up – and act as a trusted partner who connects HR processes with real business outcomes. About The Role Partner closely with Builders leaders (R&D TLs, GLs, Directors) as their main go-to person on all people and org topics. Continuously assess team health and org effectiveness – identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, and turn insights into concrete action plans. Lead and support change – e.g., team growth, ownership shifts between teams, new ways of working – while keeping clarity, trust, and stability for people. Own and drive core HR processes in the Builders org (R&D Department) (e.g., performance & feedback, promotions, org review, headcount & hiring) and make sure they’re translated into real decisions. Use data (people metrics, feedback, performance, HC) to communicate clear, simple insights, influence decisions, and measure impact over time. Coach managers at different levels on leadership, performance, difficult conversations, and org design trade-offs. Collaborate with the wider People team (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Operations, Total Rewards, etc.) to bring the right solutions into the pillar and keep alignment across monday.com. Requirements 3+ years as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Proven experience partnering with managers at different levels. Strong change management and problem-solving skills – you’re comfortable in ambiguity and know how to bring structure and focus. You connect HR work to business impact, not only to “HR best practices”. Confident working with strong, opinionated leaders, while keeping an open, collaborative style. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, in both Hebrew and English - you can simplify complex situations and communicate them clearly. Data-minded – you know how to use qualitative and quantitative data to spot patterns and drive decisions. A real team player – you enjoy partnering with other HR functions and sharing knowledge, not working in a silo. #LI-DNI Social Title People Business Partner Social Description null Our Team null Position Type null
