WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A strong HR background, ideally with HR advisory or business partnering experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and exposure to Enterprise Agreements.
  • Broad HR expertise across areas such as learning & development, change management, employee engagement, recruitment and organisational design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging with people across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with Workday and working in complex or matrix structures is desirable.

OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo Pre employment security checks and a National Criminal check
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid setup while playing a pivotal role in supporting and shaping our workforce, with the expectation of being onsite around 4 days per week to collaborate, connect, and make an impact.

Based in our Melbourne corporate office, you will partner with business leaders across a portfolio of government and non-government contact centres. You’ll be part of a collaborative national People Team that thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and delivering great outcomes for employees and leaders.
This isn’t just about policies and processes — it’s about being a trusted advisor and coach who helps leaders navigate challenges, inspires high performance, and champions a culture where people feel engaged and supported.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Partnering with leaders to provide practical advice and solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Acting as a sounding board and coach to drive performance, engagement and change.
  • Supporting initiatives in employee relations, performance management, remuneration, organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Using your expertise to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and deliver people strategies that balance culture with commercial outcomes.
  • Being a proactive and positive contributor to projects that bring our Purpose, Values and Vision to life.
