Job Description We are seeking two People Business Partners to join our People team at our global headquarters in Crewe. These roles are designed for HR professionals who have built a strong operational foundation and are now ready to take the next step into a business-partnering career path. This is a development role with clear exposure to stakeholders, people challenges and commercial decision-making, supported by senior People Business Partners and the wider People leadership team. Key Responsibilities Support people managers in delivering people plans aligned to business priorities. Assist with performance management processes, including capability, absence and conduct cases. Support organisational change activity, including restructures, consultations and role changes, under guidance. Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, producing clear and practical insights. Contribute to the development and delivery of training and development activity for managers and teams. Coach and support line managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams effectively. Support continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and employee experience. Ensure all people activity is compliant with UK employment legislation and internal governance. Qualifications Solid experience in an HR Advisory, HR Officer or HR Generalist role Strong grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice Confidence working with managers and handling day-to-day people issues A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and get into the detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Commercial awareness and an interest in how people decisions impact business performance Additional Information Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with a competitive rewards package plus the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.
