We have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our team to support the University of Lincoln’s continued transformation under the refreshed Strategic Plan. Within the People, Performance and Culture team, our aim is to create a high performing community where colleagues are engaged, developed, supported and rewarded to achieve the University strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible in your designated portfolio areas for managing people issues and casework, maintaining the people operations, and working closely with the Senior People Business Partner on strategic change projects.
