Job Description As part of the People Partnering team, you will report directly into the Head of People Performance and partner with the Group Head of Logistics and the Warehouse leadership team. This role has the scope to make a huge impact on Warehouse performance as you will be partnering with stakeholders, delivering people solutions and managing change, aligned to business objectives and driving operational excellence. We are looking for someone to execute a people plan that meets the needs of the Warehouse and aligns to our overall People strategy. Main areas of focus will be managing change, employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers, driving performance and talent management. You’ll identify and create people focused solutions and tools and ensure these are implemented and embedded effectively. As part of a team of Business Partners you’ll have the support of your peers and other People teams to collaborate with. You’ll act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where are values are demonstrated consistently.
