The Opportunity As the People & Capability Shared Service Specialist you will contribute to Fisher & Paykel Appliances’ (FPA’s) ability to achieve number one market position by delivering high-quality and timely P&C service delivery processes that foster a positive and inclusive culture, create moments of delight for our people, and enable business goals. By partnering with P&C Leaders & Partners across multiple units and countries, this role enhances efficiency, safeguards compliance, maintains system integrity, and ensures scalable, exceptional service delivery from the People & Capability function The role operates within a centralised shared services model, supporting P&C service delivery processes across Fisher & Paykel’s operating locations locally and globally. It requires applying knowledge of local employment legislation and practices while ensuring consistency in systems, policies, and documentation. The role collaborates with P&C Leaders, Partners, Payroll, the Workday Analyst, and Centres of Excellence to enable compliant and efficient service delivery across all locations. You will be required you to work collaboratively to ensure effective and consistent communications that support high performance delivery. As the shared service model evolves, responsibilities may extend further into payroll services, supporting an integrated and seamless employee experience. So who are you? You will ideally have a tertiary qualification (e.g., Human Resources Management, Business, or Information Systems) is desirable as evidence of capability, though equivalent skills and experience will also be considered.
