We are seeking an experienced HR C&B Specialist to join our team to work with HR Supervisor to help diagnose problems, identity and drive appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources functions, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This opening is a newly added headcount in China People team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Timely review market competitiveness and internal equity of total rewards system through participating in the market compensation & benefits surveys and talent review program. Optimize job grading system to adapt to business development and market changes. Perform job evaluation, propose offer plan, collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient recruitment and selection process. Co-work with HRIS lead to drive information system upgrades that meet or exceed the specific requirements and business needs. Work closely with line managers to understand business strategy, provide HR solutions to retain high-potential and high-performing employees, and support line managers in achieving business goals. Provide internal consulting services for management as well as People team in job offer, promotion, job transfer and other C&B related matters according to the guidelines of MPS China. Perform other duties or special HR projects assigned by direct supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree or above, overseas study experience is preferred. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in multinational company. Possess strong industry insight and business acumen, with a result-oriented approach and customer-focus mindset. Possess solid data analysis skills, and be familiar with China labor law. Excellent communication and coordination skills, proficient in English and Office software. Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
